College Data– Another good college research webpage with sections focusing on Students, Campus Life, Academics, Admissions and Money Matters.
College Board College research, SAT registration & scores
Niche– Often these are reviews of colleges by students, however please read multiple if seriously looking at this site.
Unigo – This website offers college information, information about possible scholarships and several articles about current college situations.
Naviance (if your school uses it, may need student#)– Used by schools for college application process
Khan Academy SAT Prep– Free SAT practice and online tutoring/academic skill building
ACT– Registration for the ACT and Scores
Common Application– used for many private or out-of-state higher education institutions
Coalition Application– application used by other higher education institutions
Free Application for Student Aid (FASFA)– used to apply for grants, scholarships, or loans offered by the nation, state and sometimes the universities
Student FSA ID -Federal Student Aid ID Number for students to complete FAFSA
Parent FSA ID -Federal Student Aid ID Number for parents to sign the FAFSA
Dream Act Application– Financial aid application for non-SSN student applicants
WebGrants Portal– CSAC site for students to check their Check Cal Grant award
